Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Across India

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000.

  • Shipping charges for orders below ₹1,000 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate while placing your order.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect phone number,

the customer may be required to bear the reshipping charges.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@knottyribbons.com with your order number and images.

We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
